My husband loves this recipe. It is closest to taco truck carnitas that we can replicate at home. We have this on regular rotation. Thanks for sharing!

This turned out delicious. I only used one teaspoon of cumin and it was just right. I will definitely make again.

Delish! My family didn't feel the crispifying steps were necessary and preferred the juicy meat straight from the crockpot. I liked it both ways. I'll be making this again!

This recipe for carnitas is really really good. It lasted several days worth of meals and was a hit with everyone that tried it. I also decided to add chipotle chiles in adobo sauce to spices this up a bit. So good!
