- 2 tsp. gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)

really good. I'm a super novice cook and would have appreciated more detailed breakdowns of the ingredients in separate bowls, etc. i ended up putting/mixing cornstarch in with the flour batter (initial step said to mix the dry ingredients)...and also by itself after realizing that it was the pre-egg wash step.
