Delicious. I've eaten duck but never cooked it. This was a great recipe to start with.

This was so simple yet so decadent and rich! This is one of my favorite recipes EVER!

Was tender and delicious. I prefer my duck medium and my sister wanted it well. I put hers in the microwave after the breasts rested for 1 minute and she said it was perfect and still tender. We both liked the seasoning.
I have a citrus allergy and so used I bit of apricot jam and it was a wonderful addition. My sister tried it as well and said it complimented the flavor of the duck

Love this method of cooking duck breast. Comes out tender, crisp and delicious every time.
