- 4 fillets salmon (or Trout, skin on)
- 1 bunch coriander
- 1 handful baby spinach leaves
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 60 grams cashew nuts (toasted)
- 30 grams Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
- 1 fresh lime
- 20 mL macadamia oil (increase if you are going to use it as a sauce)
- red chilli (Small, optional)
