The tacos were spiced evenly through and the panko breading added a great layer and kept prawns nice and plump. I omitted the shallot.
I would definitely make again.

Lovely Recipe didn’t add raw garlic to the salsa but used raw prawns and fried in garlic and butter before coating them 👌🏼
