THe egg wash and flour made it to cake like and not potato wedge like. May be better deep fried

A bit too floury when baking in the oven. I toss them in oil after they were done to cut the flour and then baked for another 5 minutes. That reduced the floury taste.

I tried to like these since they’re lower in fat. However, they are dry and powdery because of the flour. I ended up drowning them in buffalo wing sauce to make them tolerable.

As another reviewer said, too floury. Couldn't eat them... dissapointed because they smelled good. I even tried adding more oil and cooking longer.

These turned out pretty good. Just need to figure out how to avoid the flour taste next time. I used Pam for the cooking oil. However, next time I will use a heavier oil before baking and possibly after. More oil will likely make them crispier.
