I had the add cornstarch to mine, they kept falling apart and wouldn't stay as a patty. was pretty tasty though!

Hubby made these for us. Little less crispy than the photo, but very delicious. We added garlic and a bit of garlic powder to ours.

They're pretty good. At first I didn't leave them frying long enough so they fell apart. Now I think I have the timing down. I just feel like they were lacking a little something. Maybe next I'll try a potato pancake instead.

was good i loved it but i think i used to much of the onionr and. less of the egg but i came out grreat abd also tested good

we used instant mashed potatoes and they never quite got crunchy. They tasted good though.
