    It turned out fantastic, I’ve cooked pork roast before, but never has it turned out so great. The skin was crispy and the meat was tender and juicy. This will always be my go to recipe.

    Really good, don’t forget a nice BBQ sauce to compliment it, I also cooked it to 190 degrees f to get it to be pulled apart
