My go to recipe for pork shoulder. Every time I make it I’m not only happy with it, my fiancée is happy with it and can’t get enough of it!

It turned out fantastic, I’ve cooked pork roast before, but never has it turned out so great. The skin was crispy and the meat was tender and juicy. This will always be my go to recipe.
