- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper

- 1/4 cup ghee (or coconut oil for frying - you might need a bit more as you fry)

Very good!! I used 1/2 tsp onion powder and 1/2 tsp garlic powder and covered the chicken with ottos cassava flour first before putting them in the eggs and the coating stuck very well. I was impressed with how these turned out especially not using any bread crumbs

This was an amazing all natural meal for me and my boyfriend! We absolutely loved the flavor and it actually made for several meals very easy to make and super delicious. Will definitely be making again

GREAT! My two girls enjoyed these. this was simple ans wasy to make. I decided to use coconut oil instead of ghee.

I made the "breading" mixture and coated chicken thighs with it to oven-fry. I only used 3/4 of the salt called for, because I don't like a lot of salt in my food. Came out wonderful!

This is my favorite nuggets recipe! They are the perfect comfort food. Do not hold back on the spices, I usually add quite a lot more than the recipe says. Tastes great with salad and aioli 😄
