Not crispy at all. I even put them back in for almost ten mins afterwards and they just started to burn, still not crispy. Not sure what went wrong.

Turned out fine. I think my potatoes needed to be thinner as they were not very crispy.
But the flavor was great.

Before & after photos. Tasty and easy potato wedges, I added cooked turkey bacon to the last 5mins& If ever have any left over peels from other dishes it’s a great side snack too. Same recipe, just the peels of the potato.

Made these last night alongside some turkey sliders & they were a hit! The parmesan cheese is the key!
