- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (sea salt)
- 1 tsp. rosemary (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. chives (chopped)
- sauce (your choise, I used chipotle aoli)

Directions
- Pre heat the oven to 180 deg. Wash potatoes thoroughly and keep skins on (I like them on – up to you)
- Chop potatoes into French fry sized sticks. About the size of your pinky finger
- Arrange on a baking tray so all of the fries are flat. They all need their baking space!
