Good solid recipe for oven baked chicken. However, did tweak a few things-
Used 1 cp. Italian Bread Crumbs & 1 cp. Panko & 3 tsp. Salt. Omitted the Celery Season and used 1 tsp. Cajun Seasoning, instead. Also, added in 1/2 tsp. Lemon Pepper.
Placed legs on foil lined baking sheet, rubbed them in the oil and well as oiled bottom on pan. Then salt & peppered both sides of chicken before coating with crumb mixture. Baked 30-35 minutes. Came out crunchy, not oily at all & quite delicious.
