- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar for AIP)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. cassava flour
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp. lard
- oil (for frying, lard, palm shortening, or avocado oil are our preferred frying oils)
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
