This is now a family favorite. After reading the reviews I reduced the amount of honey by half & added 1 tablespoon of regular soy sauce to balance the sweet of the honey. Worked great. Also I did not have sesame oil but did have white sesame seeds, added aprox 2 tablespoons. Again great outcome.
I don’t keep buttermilk on hand but I do keep powdered buttermilk on hand. This worked out well too. Chicken came out crispy and moist. All in all this was a great recipe. Kudos to the chef!
