I think I made them too big. I wanted “crispy” cookies. They taste good nonetheless.

These are super yummy. Made exactly as in recipe; chilled dough overnight. Mine were flat and thin, not as pretty as the photo, but they tasted amazing.

Halved the recipe, don't know what went wrong but my cookies melted together into one big pie. BUT I just cut them up into squares before cooling, and they were deliciously chewy! Would def make again whether or not they stay in cookie form!

Good but not as much ginger flavour as I would like. Will try adding more next time.

Great! The spices were nice and warm. A fantastic fall cookie. We baked them for about 12 minutes and they were nicely crisp on the edges and softer in the middle. Definitely will make again!

they were super easy to make the house smelled amazing and they taste was awesome I didn't really like ginger but it is so subtle yet so tasty definitely make him again

Really tasty, spiced gingerbread! I baked mine for only 10 minutes to ensure they'd be soft as opposed to crispy, and they turned out perfect!

Great recipe! I think I made the dough balls a bit smaller (by accident) and spread them out a bit thinner which made them crispier, but I liked the result! I could have added a bit more ginger ground to give it more of a kick.

I added 1 more teaspoon ginger powder, tasted more ginger!!
