- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. diced pickles (about 1/2 a pickle)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 20 shrimps (medium sized, I used shrimp size 41-50 per pound)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 egg
- 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes (dried)
- 1/4 onion (diced)
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch (potato starch, can be used as a substitute)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (Korean style, or Japanese panko)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Korean style, additional)
- 2 potato buns (or your favorite burger buns!)

Fantastic! My super picky son even liked it. I added Cajun seasoning to the burgers. The only thing I’d change otherwise would be to cut the sugar in half and a little more pickle-it seemed the longer the sauce chilled the better the flavors mixed. Definitely will become a regular.
