Fantastic! So light and crispy. I’ve even used this batter for onion petals. I make my own dipping sauce that pairs nicely: 1/2 cup mayo, 1 tbs ketchup, 2 tbs ground mustard, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp salt, a few dashes oregano, cayenne and/or chili powder to taste. Yum!
