- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp. vodka (or other liquor)
