Chef Tane, this recipe is delicious. I was hunting for a satisfying low-sodium winter supper dish, and it's great. You get crispy chicken, comforting white beans, crispy/and soft peppery kale, gorgeous orange, and shallot . No improvisation should be exercised on this recipe. The ingredients were basic, in the pantry already, or quickly available. Thanks.
