- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. skim milk
- 1 cup cornflake crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes (dried)
- 3 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (shredded 50%)
- 10.5 oz. condensed soup (can Campbell’s Healthy Request Cream of Chicken)
- 2 Tbsp. fat free sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. light butter (I used Land O’Lakes)
