    SO YUM. Used ground quinoa in place of garbanzo bean flour and minimized the hot sauce to 1/2 and used 2 tons of olive oil instead of butter. My partner and I ate the whole head of cauliflower- worth it!

    Absolutely the best! I won’t even be TEMPTED to eat chicken wings again. I used oat flour instead of bean flour and olive oil instead of butter and they were a big hit with my family.
