Description
Crispy Cast Iron Potatoes....thinly sliced potatoes arranged in a cast iron skillet. Flavoured with olive oil and herbs and baked until golden and crispy. Perfect side for any meat, but especially good with steak.

- 2 shallots (thickly sliced)
- salt
- pepper
- 1/3 cup sage (Mushroom, flavoured olive oil)
- 1 1/2 tsp. chervil (dried)

- Preheat oven to 375º F
- Brush 9-10 inch cast iron skillet with oil
- Combine flavoured oil, salt, peeper and chevril
