- all-purpose flour
- wheat flour
- rice flour (/Corn flour, 1/2 cup ** scroll down for a note)
- salt (1-2 teaspoon or to taste)
- oil (1/2 tablespoon)
- baking powder (1 teaspoon)
- sugar (a pinch/ 1/2 teaspoon)
- chilled water (for kneading)
- capsicum (1 medium size, chopped small)
- onion (1 small size, finely chopped)
- 6 cloves (grated or finely chopped)
- oil (1/2 tablespoon)
- butter (1 tablespoon)
- salt (to taste)
- sugar (1/2 teaspoon)
- thyme
- herb
- red chillies (Fresh, 1-2 or to taste, you could use green chillies too but the red create a good contrast)
- chilli powder (/black pepper, to taste)
- Parmesan cheese (or cheddar, while filling each clutch use a small spoonful for each. Grate accordingly!)
- oil (You will need, your choice for deep frying the clutches. I used the olive oil for Indian cooking, not virgin!)
