I added in extra vegetables. They weren't as moist as what I am used to with this type of foods, but maybe I'd add some courgette next time, but had them with a dip and they were amazing!! I'm not the biggest fan of chickpeas, but this was a recipe that I found to use up the cans I bought in an attempt to be healthy
