- 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs (plain)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- Cajun seasoning (Homemade)
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (OR cayenne pepper, see note)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper

The Cajun season I used pre made was salty so the chicken was not edible. I also had an issue that the panko wouldn't stick well to the chicken.

The chicken was delicious, but I'll definitely be using an egg for my coating next time to help the breadcrumbs stick.

The chicken was tasty! But I think there should be egg coating so the breadcrumbs and Cajun will stay
