I love buffalo wings to be very crispy and wow these didn’t disappoint. I used bread flour instead of all purpose because I’ve never liked the taste of AP. Other than that I stuck to the recipe and it came out great. I let the liquid coating set for 10mins before deep frying but no problem losing the coating whatsoever. Topped with some Frank’s hot sauce and we had some crispy tasty wings.
