Killer. Not a vegan and loved it. Gives you the flavor and crunchy texture without the meat. Made ours with chia & crushed corn flakes

Need more practice, corn flake mixture didn't cover/stick to cauliflower very well

Great, instead of cornflakes we used chilli peper chips. Very chicken wing like!

They’d get five stars if they reheated more easily. They can lose that “crispy” if thrown in the microwave. I recommend broiling them for a minute, flipping them and broiling for another 30 seconds.

These were amazing!!! i doubled the spices and added nutritional yeast to the corn flakes mix. The flax seed mix was super confusing to was watery and the flax sunk to the bottom and fell off the cauliflower. I added more and some flour to make it more of a paste... whatever i did worked, because it was soooo good!!

they were okay. easy to make, but i did not enjoy the sauce all that much. the breading was flavorful, but i added one fill tsp of the spices rather than half.

These were so good! Even my mom who loves her chicken and meat was surprised at how these turned out. She thought they were fried and was shocked when I told her that I baked them and made the “breading”. I kept them for a few days so I kept the sauce and cauliflower bites separate. Overall very satisfied!

Used 2 cups of cornflakes, same level of spices. Used an egg instead of water and ground flax. Result was super crispy, super delicious. Can work with any sauce or dip.

My wife is vegan, I am not, we crush these together once a week maybe more. Perfect (allow the seeds to soak for longer so the corn flakes stick better)

Little less breading stuck than I would have liked. Also, had to double the buffalo sauce to cover everything. Other than that....Great!

This is amazing I sprayed mine with avocado oil, just to insure it didn’t dry out (: I used Panko style breadcrumbs because I didn’t have corn flakes. I also put Cayenne in the panko so it had a spicy base . It came out amazing . Boys didn’t even miss the meat tonight .

Turned out great paired it with a salad and baked sweet potato fries. It was crispy, spicy and satisfying.Used recipe exactly as is, thought the flax seed mixture was a little watery but it still worked well. Will recommend.
