- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (plus more if needed *see notes)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (or enough to fry the tofu)
- bbq sauce (A side of your favourite, for dipping)

Just tasted like tofu. Breading didn’t add a lot of flavor. I’ve been plant based, mostly vegan for 10 + years, so I do eat tofu regularly.

I made this last night and wow I'm I shock by how delicious this recipes is a must try. I would definitely make it again
