So far this is the most successful wedge fries recipe I’ve tried! Turned out crispy and the cook times were spot on!

the recipe is fine, all the ads on the page with instructions are overwhelming especially the one with sound that starts "911 what is your emergency" bugged me a little bit.

I've made these fries a couple of times now and they always come out perfect! Had them with vegan tartar sauce for a movie night. Delicious!

I left mine in boiling water a little too long but they were still phenomenal, especially for a first try!

Perfect! Tossed them with some seasoning salt while they were atill hot and they turned out heavenly. Don't skip preheating the pan, as it makes sure the side on the bottom firat really crisps right up!

Don’t know what I did wrong followed recipe I thought exactly but turned out very dry on the inside outside was crisp but nothing like the picture shown. Pan sizzled and everything probably won’t try again

Excellent! Not sure why we boil them, but I followed the directions and they came out great. I’m going to experiment with different herbs.
