we love this recipe. it's so nice and light and crisp. Soaking the Walleye in milk fist sweetens the meat and keeps it moist and flaky. i am going to make this again tonight.

It was really great. I used Italian bread crumbs instead of plain. Next time I’ll use the seasoning salt on the fish.

I’ve made this twice now and both times were great. I preheated the cookie sheet too. 15-20 was perfect - 20 minutes for thick filets, 15 for thinner ones.

The whole family loved this recipe, especially since the fish were caught by my hubby and son on my son's first fishing trip!

Quick and simple, next time I think I think I’ll add more seasoned salt and less instant potato.
