    I've tried to make the spiralized fries three times. On the first attempt, I burnt them to a crisp. The second try, I over compensated, and they looked like an oil spill waiting to happen. Tonight, the potatoes looked like goo. I was wondering on this last attempt if the russets were mealy, and not fresh. Or, am I just a dismal failure with this recipe?
