These were delicious! I have a love-hate relationship with baked potatoes because of how much potatoe there is, but this is perfect! I heavily salted the skins and added more bacon. I also cooked the skins on the same parchment with bacon grease and that enhanced the flavor even more. Delicious recipe!

These were spectacular! They tasted just like the ones at Cattleman's! I would definitely recommend to any who are looking for something scrumptious!

These turned out great. I did use some of the waste potato by mashing, adding some butter and sour cream and placing a scoop in each skin before cheese and bacon. I made these with my daughter and she really enjoyed making and eating them.

I actually baked my potatoes in the oven and also added sour cream. Not a lot just a dab. I also saved the inside potato and made baked potato soup. It was the main reason I baked the potatoes to get that baked flavor. Both were excellent!!!
I’m going to make them again Super Bowl Sunday to watch the Chiefs Win!! Lol 😂 Good Luck To the 49ers!!

I made some alterations and changed some things but a very good base to go off of for sure.
I used duck fat and broil at the end to crisp them up and just put the cheese in on broil. Added bacon and green onions once done. Verrrry very tasty.
