the bake time is completely off on these. i also ran out of breading partway through. it takes way longer to bake than 10 minutes.

I cut mine a little thin and knocked the bake time down to 7 minutes. They were nice and tender and still crunchy on the outside. Would definitely suggest not browning breadcrumbs for 10 minutes-it’s too long
