- 1/3 cup ghee (we recommend Pure Indian Foods, or coconut oil)
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (Whole30-compliant, such as Frank’s Red Hot or Horsetooth)
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (organic)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional; adds more heat)

These wings are awesome!! Just make sure you have them dried well before coating with baking powder. My family loved them - we counldn’t taste a difference from wings that are deep fried.

This recipe is the bomb!!! Super crispy. Hubs, 2 teenage boys loved. only thing i could have done was made more!!!!!

It was a really good recipe. I didn't add salt to the sauce to cut back some and the wings turned out really good.
