I really enjoyed this recipe, although I would have reduce the cooking time by 5-7 minutes the second baking portion to enjoy more of the nutritional value the brussels sprouts have to offer. Overcooking vegetables completely eliminates the nutritional value they have to offer. Overall, this was a great recipe, I would just shorten the baking time, that's it. Otherwise, this was awesome! I would make it again for sure
