    It was wonderful! My husband agreed! I wonder how it would taste if we added cinnamon sugar to the dough, without the herbs? This seems to be a very versatile dough!

    I used this recipe with thyme instead and it made a perfect alternative crust for a light mozzerella and spinach pizza. Will definitely make again.
