This recipe is a really quick and easy way to make peanut butter cookies. They are soft and buttery. I found myself eating them almost immediately after they came out of the oven. I baked them for the full 8 minutes. The bottoms were perfectly brown. I didn't have the spray they recommended so I used a Pam type and it worked fine.
