- 1/2 bag rocket (or salad)
- 1 papaya (peeled and cut into chunks)
- 1 avocado (peeled and cut into chunks)
- 8 plum tomatoes (baby, halved)
- 1/2 bunch coriander (finely chopped)
- 1 juice
- 2 limes
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh red chilli (dried or 1, deseeded, I used chilli flakes)
- 1 tsp. fish sauce (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. chilli oil (homemade, recipe here)
