Ah, the goodness of sweet and creamy mixed together. Add green or red sprinkles to change things up a bit. Sugar and cinnamon bring out the flavor of the apples in this any-time dessert. Makes a perfect companion for coffee.

- 0.5 liters milk
- 200 grams flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 0.5 liters milk
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 100 grams sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 50 grams butter
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 pippin apples (may substitute Granny Smiths, chopped)

Directions
- Combine the milk, flour, eggs, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Let rest 30 minutes.
- Melt a little butter in a 20 centimeter skillet and pour in a ladleful of batter. Tilt the skillet to spread out the batter. Flip and cook until golden on both sides. Repeat.
- Place the apple into a saucepan with the sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Cook on low heat until caramelized and glassy.
