- 165 grams plain flour
- 70 grams soft brown sugar
- 2 eggs (medium)
- 350 mL skim milk (semi)
- 1 Flora Cuisine (ds tspn, or 10g Flora Buttery Filling)
- 350 grams plums (halved and stoned)
- 1 pinch mixed spice
- 1 star anise
- 1 Tbsp. Flora Cuisine (or 15g Flora Buttery)
- caster sugar (Sprinkle of)

Directions
- Sieve the flour into a mixing bowl, add the brown sugar and mix in the eggs. Gradually add the milk, mixing thoroughly. Stir in Flora and mix well.
- Leave to one side while you make the filling. Heat the Flora in a saucepan and add all the ingredients. Cook for about 4–5 minutes until the fruit has softened.
- Heat a heavy based non-stick pan and add a small ladle of batter. Cook until golden on each side.
- Divide the fruit filling between the crepes, fold in half and sprinkle with caster sugar. Glaze under a hot grill.
