great and easy! i like my food spicy so i used tabasco. turned out great. what's the point of the mustard?

I use cayenne instead of paprika and two eggs because my fish or a larger size. I also use brown sugar mustard other than that it was great! I cook mine's a little longer for about 12 minutes extra crispiness.

I used swai and this. recipe. was. the. beezneez. Will do it again! Also used sriracha for the hot sauce, tonys for the creole seasoning, and also used panko instead of corn meal.
