- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 gal. skim milk
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 pinch salt
- 8 drops vegetable rennet (liquid, can be purchased in health food stores)
