- 200 mL milk
- 1 vanilla bean pod (halved with seeds scraped out - or half tsp of vanilla paste)
- 3 egg yolks
- 60 grams sugar
- 25 grams cornflour
- 1 knob butter
- pear (Corella, thinly sliced at degree 2, I used a mandolin)
- strawberries (sliced thinly)
- 2 Tbsp. honey (slightly warmed)
- flaked almonds (Toasted)
- icing sugar (optional)
