    This was really good. The flavor was delicious. I only wish there was more direction on cooking time other than golden brown. The center was soft and probably could have been cooked a little bit longer than I did. I didn’t have a blow torch, so I put it under the broiler for a minute and a half. The sugar didn’t carmelize and I was afraid it would burn, so I took it out. I am waiting for my son to wake up to try another batch and shall see how it goes!
