Consistency is perfect, I didn’t have heavy cream so I wisked together Greek yogurt and 1%. Not a huge fan of the tang that gave it so next time I’ll just buy the crime. And don’t use baking vanilla, definitely needs 100% vanilla extract. Baking vanilla gave a weird flavor. The recipe is great as is, just learn from my substitution mistakes lol

Added teaspoon coconut extract
Used 2 large egg yolks
Not bad for first time! Great recipe!!! Kids loved it and hubby too!
