This turned out great! It gave me an opportunity to use some cheese I had grown tired of - and I didn't have to turn the oven on! I did cover it and keep on low heat once the noodles were coated, which really seemed to bring the flavors together. The flavor had good depth, the dish was nice and moist, and everyone loved it. What's not to like?!

My sister and I are on a mission to find our favorite Mac and cheese recipe. This was our first try, and we were not disappointed. The flavor was good, but I would have liked a little more depth in the flavor. It was super easy so I am going to try it again. Next time I will add some pepper and maybe mix in some pepper jack. Overall, it was good.
