It was easy instead of heavy cream I mixed almond milk and cornstarch and instead of asparagus, sun dried tomatoes and spinach (didn’t have them) so I substituted with kale, red peppers and broccoli it was still delicious. I served it with angel hair pasta. I would most definitely do it again

very enjoyable, added some soybean pasta to it as well just to help give it substance.

Turned out really Yummy 😋 I pre-seasoned my shrimp with my own staple blend of spices before adding it to the pan. I loved it, my roommates loved it. I will definitely make this again. 😊

Great, simple, quick. I didn’t add the Sun dried tomatoes because we didn’t have any but it would have added a lovely color and flavor to the dish next time I’ll add for sure. This recipe will be good with almost any veggie substitute or even chicken.

It was super good. Yummy stuff. I served it on Penne with grated parm.

Gorgeous. Used mozzarella instead of Parmesan
