- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado (medium, peeled and cut into chunks (optional))

- 1/2 cup purple onion (chopped)

Directions
- Cook bow ties according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cooled.
- Toss all ingredients in large bowl. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Good base recipe but a little bland. Added 1 pkg dry ranch powder, sliced black olives, diced cheddar, extra green pepper, extra avocado.Was a big hit at the party.
