Very good. Will make again
Mods: I did not put bacon in while cooking and served it on top instead.
I did one cup milk and one cup heavy cream, instead of two heavy cream.
Lastly I added more seasonings (Italian, garlic salt & powder and onion powder)
Measurements: little over 4 cups potatoes. Will probably do 5 next time. And did little under 2 cups onion.

I used 32oz of chicken broth and 6 potatoes. Combined everything in low cooker along with 32oz of heavy whipping cream. Also added oregano, basil, parsley to recipe. Next time i will serve topped with shredded gouda and maybe add some mushroom.

We thought it was delicious! I used a chicken Italian sausage with roasted red pepper and leeks instead of onion. Also, substituted half and half for the cream to make it a little more healthy. I found it to be very rich and full of flavor! Definitely will make again.

So yummy! Made as directed with spinach. Definitely would make again. This is my second time making it!

Love this! I usually add more broth and spinach but it’s still amazing! Everyone loves it in my house!

Excellent soup! Since it’s just me, I cut the ingredients down to just a third of what the recipe calls for. It was delicious (and I’m left with a manageable amount of leftovers that I’ll be able to finish before they spoil!). Will definitely be making this again. One note - I left everything the same as the recipe, but added a few diced crimini mushrooms for a little something extra.

Perfect. Although I fried the bacon then sausage in the same pan as I added the broth and potatoes to. Used kale. And substituted heavy cream with 1/2 cup butter (melted) and 1 1/2 cup whole milk (mixed w/butter) It came out very rich!!

This soup was really delicious! Because the “hot” Italian sausage I added wasn’t very spicy after all I added some red pepper flakes to bump the heat a I bit. I followed the recipe but quickly discovered that I needed more liquid than the chicken broth and half and half called for so I added another 1.5 cups of water. I added some crusty Italian bread to go with it. A delicious hearty meal for a cold winter evening.

This recipe turned out great. The creamy broth alone is well balanced in flavor. I added baby bella mushrooms and it turned out just how I predicted. This is a keeper! ❤️

Absolutely delicious. I used quite a bit of olive oil to cook the (turkey) bacon and sausage and I ended up adding it to the soup and it was great! I am absolutely making it again, super creamy and flavourful!!!

Turned out very yummy. I added some fresh basil leaves with the spinach and some red pepper flakes.

A good soup. We do not like bacon so we did not add it. Still turned out delicious.

It turned out great, I had to double the recipe for my family’s size. I sliced the potatoes thin and then sliced them again, to make it easy for the kids. I used turkey bacon and turkey breakfast sausage (chicken maple), I also used half spinach and kale.

It was delicious. Im even making it again this week. Everything was wonderful about it. Who knew you could recreate a restaurants recipe and it comes out better? I love it.

This came out wonderful! I used spicy Italian sausage. this recipe tastes even better than at the restaurant, I didn't even think such a thing was possible! WOW
