- 136 grams banana (previously peeled, sliced, and frozen)
- 1 cup blueberries (frozen wild, organic when possible)
- 1 stem celery (41 g)
- 2/3 cup zucchini (sliced, fresh or frozen)
- 1 handful greens (spinach is best // organic when possible)
- 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds (or sub vegan protein powder)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup light coconut milk (DIY or store-bought // or sub water)
- 1/2 tsp. maca powder (for mood enhancement and hormone balance, optional)

Great smoothie! I pre-blend the greens with water before all of the other ingredients to make it smoother. Also omitted the celery and used ground mixed spice as I had no cinnamon.
